That is why we look through the customer's eyes and understand our consumers and their needs. The service concept always comes first - we are the personal contact to the customer and the ear and voice of the Lampenwelt. And we do this throughout Europe. Our international team serves customers from 17 countries and is in close contact with payment and transport service providers. Always in focus: the customers. Through perfectly tailored measures, such as our newsletter, we create a strong bond. The basis for this is formed by customer analyses, which help us to better understand our consumers and their needs.
